APPA National Conference

The National Conference is the American Public Power Association's premier annual event, attracting mayors, city council members, elected and appointed utility board members, and senior utility executives. Over 1,000 individuals active in the public power industry attend this event held each year in June.

The conference features sessions on the topics facing the electric utility industry and public power, covering all facets of utility governance and operations. It's a great tool for those in the industry to learn about trends, changes, and new ideas, as well as ways to develop practical programs to benefit customers.

American Public Power Association's National Conference is also the Association's annual major policy-setting meeting, where the APPA Board of Directors and Legislative and Resolutions Committee convene to approve policy objectives for the coming year.
