The Task Force on Renewable Resource Generation Development Areas was charged to map the renewable resources throughout the state of Colorado. This report, Connecting Colorado's Renewable Resources to the Markets, also known as the SB07-91 Report, contains maps of these resources and identifies "Generation Development Areas" (GDA's) where the resource can be developed with competition among developers for utility-scale wind and solar projects. The maps identify existing generation and where high voltage transmission is needed to bring renewable resources to the markets.

The Renewable Energy Development Infrastructure Report: Connecting Colorado's Renewable Resources to the Markets in a Carbon-Constrained Electricity Sector serves as a sequel.
