Offers a Wind Turbine Technician Associate of Applied Science degree and certificate. Highland Community College also produces Wind Technician Television (WindTechTV). WindTechTV, a project supported by the National Science Foundation as part of the Advanced Technological Education program, presents on-line video learning materials designed for students in wind turbine training programs. Through the National Science Foundation grant, the college also installed the wind turbine.
